The architectural concept of OVO Wroclaw assumes that it is an open object. Its creators wanted to make this place a multifunctional complex of various urban social, business and cultural interactions. That is why the green, internal courtyard with an area of over 2.5 thousand square meters has the character of a public space available to everyone.

The OVO is softly rounded and completely free of corners. What is more, the facade is covered with a very durable, ecological and aesthetic Corian. It gives the building a smooth elegance. This white material covers as much as 5.5 thousand square meters. Additionally, its use limits the heat rise of the building during summer.

The hotel is home to luxurious apartments and penthouses, high-class office space, a five-star DoubleTree by Hilton hotel, Holmes Place - a premium fitness centre and the luxurious Kandara SPA. There are also boutiques of top clothing brands, as well as numerous cafes and restaurants serving cuisine from all over the world. On the top floor there are penthouses. One of them covers an area of as much as 250 square meters and is probably the largest luxury apartment in Wroclaw.
