The highest part of the building has ten stories, cascading down towards the river to four stories. The roofs of the lower wings of the building are used for green terraces.

As part of the investment, the bank of the Oława River was developed. Over the waterfront, viewing platforms and floating terraces have been created for the residents comfort.

The project's colours are limited daub and concrete grey, sandstone of similar shade, graphite-painted steel and stained Siberian larch. The balustrades of the loggia and terraces of the upper stories were made of clear, transparent glass.
