The Upper House is more than just a luxurious location in Wrocław. It's a consistently realized vision of contemporary comfort, where light, space, and tranquility create a quality reserved for the few. It's proof that you can live in the heart of the city without sacrificing privacy, harmony, and peace.

According to data from the KPMG report “The Luxury Goods Market in Poland. 15th Edition,” the value of the premium and luxury real estate market in Poland in 2024 reached PLN 3.5 billion, representing a 6.7% year-on-year increase. Forecasts in the same report predict that the value of this segment will increase to PLN 4.7 billion by 2029. Wrocław, a rapidly developing city, is on the radar of investors seeking unique products with guaranteed value growth. The Upper House is a response to this need. Located on the Oława River, where the murmur of the river intertwines with the greenery of trees, it opens onto the city’s panorama, redefining the premium real estate market. It’s more than a luxury address; it’s everyday life intertwined with comfort and tranquility in a place where the city is vibrant, yet also offers a place to catch your breath.

– When I ask clients what luxury means to them today, I rarely hear about golden taps. They increasingly talk about light, space, privacy, living among nature, and the ability to walk down to the water with a cup of coffee. The Upper House was built on the river, in a green enclave of Wrocław, just steps from the city center. Here, nature isn’t an accessory—it’s the backdrop to the residents’ lives.– says Inez Otto, Sales and Marketing Director at Angel Poland Group, an expert in the premium real estate market.

A new vision of city life

High ceilings, large windows, natural materials, and balanced elegance—all designed with future residents in mind, who value quality, aesthetics, and tranquility. The Upper House also features an extensive communal area, reminiscent of a five-star hotel rather than a residential building: a 25-meter swimming pool, saunas, library, coworking space, kids’ club, fitness center, and a green terrace on the 10th floor roof with panoramic views of the city. Angel Poland Group architects once again invited Spanish studio ADC Atelier, whose team is responsible for the interiors of the exclusive Stradom House Autograph Collection in Krakow, considered the most luxurious city hotel in Poland.

Sky-high penthouses

The development comprises a 17-story building with nearly 380 apartments, including eight unique penthouses measuring up to 250 m² on the top floors, offering panoramic views of Wrocław. Each one has been individually designed, with attention to the smallest detail, for those seeking timeless luxury – space, light, and sky. Their terraces open out onto the cityscape, while the 6.5-meter-high interiors draw in light like art galleries. The functional layout creates a dream living space for those who value privacy and high quality.

– Three penthouses have already found their owners. This is an absolutely unique product. Customers who decide to purchase them know exactly what they want. And they don’t compromise. They desire unique solutions, the highest quality and space, but they also want peace, security, and comfort. They know that the value of our properties is not just about square footage, but also about emotions. Luxury in Poland is maturing. It’s no longer showy, but rather subtle and personalized. The Upper House is a response to this trend – it guarantees not only beauty and comfort, but is also the best investment with high growth potential. – adds Inez Otto.

Angel’s unique real estate vision

The Upper House is an investment by Angel Poland Group, a leader in the Polish premium real estate market with over 20 years of experience, whose projects set trends and are the most desirable addresses in Poland. From Angel Wawel and Angel Stradom in Krakow, to hotel investments like the viral Stradom House Autograph Collection and Wrocław’s architectural icon – OVO, each of the Group’s projects confirms that luxury is the most profitable form of investment. And investors recognize this, which is why many of them return. They expand their portfolios with additional Angel properties, treating them as the most stable investment in uncertain times.

The premium real estate market in Poland is dynamically developing and evolving. More and more people are no longer seeking showy glamour, but rather quality of life: peace, greenery, and safety. The Upper House, strategically located in the city yet practically surrounded by nature, offers something money can’t buy these days: balance. It’s a space for those who desire to live in a place that inspires.

Our ambition wasn’t to create another exclusive building. We wanted to offer something more – a place where you can feel the balance between the energy of the city and the tranquility of nature. When I look at the finished building, I think to myself that for us, this isn’t just a completed project – it’s the culmination of a vision we’ve been nurturing and diligently pursuing for years. The Upper House was born from the need to create a space where luxury isn’t a statement, but an everyday reality. Now that the building is finished, it’s clear that it’s more than just an address – it’s a completely new philosophy of urban living. – sums up Inez Otto.

The building’s construction has been completed, and the first residents will soon receive the keys to their apartments.
