On 30 January 2026, Angel Poland Group obtained a use permit for the final stage of The Upper House by Angel, which means that the building has been fully completed. This is a key moment in the history of the project, officially confirming the completion of the construction process and the highest standards of workmanship, quality and safety. For future residents, this means that the building is ready for occupancy, and for the market, it means that one of the most unique luxury developments in Poland has reached full readiness.
