At the UP! Awards gala in Warsaw, we were honoured “for the development of an unique apartment building that sets the trends in premium luxury residential construction, and for our pioneering development of the ‘residential urban resort’ concept, which harmoniously combines privacy, hotel-style comfort and a big-city lifestyle”.

This is a particularly important honour for us; from the very beginning, we wanted to create more than just a prestigious address. We have combined unparalleled comfort, privacy and urban energy in a completely new dimension. We are delighted that the vision we believed in from the very first sketch has been recognised and honoured.
