First: security of the investors

The Upper House is being developed in a closed financing structure, the source of which is equity and bank credit. This excludes the risk of not completing the construction or delaying the investment, in the absence of an inflow of sufficient funds from payments from buyers of apartments. The funds paid by customers are deposited in a secure, closed trust account, and the developer has access to them only after the construction is completed and ownership of the units is transferred to the buyer.
