The Upper House’s top floors house a collection of eight exclusive penthouses, ranging in size from 143 to 254 square meters and reaching heights of up to 6.5 meters. Individually designed with meticulous attention to detail, only five of these apartments still await their owners. When Angel Poland designers began creating this collection, they were guided by a single vision: a place that not only offers space but also heightens emotions, stimulates the senses, offering lightness, freedom, silence, light, and unlimited peace. This is how the names, a language of the senses, created specifically for this development, were born: Lumira, Serenit, Horizma, Nubea, and Azuris. Each tells a unique story: from the monumental, multi-level Horizma with panoramic views in three directions, through the light-drenched Lumira, to the subtle Nubea, suspended between sky and water.

When designing The Upper House penthouses, our starting point was the idea of ​​broadly defined freedom—a space that becomes an experience, engaging the senses, emotions, and mind. Each apartment has its own unique character, but they all share one common characteristic: they offer respite, silence, and a sense of authentic freedom and intimacy.
