The investments created by Angel Poland Group are not only great location and thoughtful architectural solutions. The international team employed by this prestigious company is made up of people sensitive to beauty and history, who draw inspiration from the world and have the courage to design boldly, going beyond the usual schemes.
A great example of this non-standard approach to architecture in Poland are two developments created by Angel Poland Group in Kraków. One is the Royal Apartment in the Angel Wawel development, which has won multiple awards in competitions (including the title of the Investment of the Decade in 2019 and the Most Prestigious Residential Investment in Poland in 2015). The other is one of the most luxurious hotels in Poland – Stradom House Autograph Collection by Marriott. The Angel Poland Group’s latest noteworthy investment is The Upper House by Angel, a prestigious building under construction in Wrocław. Each of these projects is considered truly unique on an European scale.
The Royal Apartment is one of the most expensive sold penthouses in Poland. It is located on three floors of a beautiful restored townhouse near the Royal Castle and comprises nearly 700 square meters. A private elevator and a spa area are some of the many amenities its owners can enjoy. The interior of this apartment has been decorated with great respect for history. The restored polychromes of painter Jan Bukowski from the Young Poland period on its walls and vaulted ceiling are a delight to admire.
The Stradom House Autograph Collection by Marriott hotel, which opened this year, is housed in a renovated historic building whose story dates back to the 14th century. The hotel owes its unique interiors to the collaborative work of Angel Poland Group designers with one of the most reputable architectural studios – ADC Atelier. The hotel’s design refers to Kraków’s heritage and the modernism era of the early 20th century, with a former desacralized chapel housing the widely admired Hedwig’s Club. Its monumental Baroque-era interior is decorated with a collection of Polish contemporary art, including works of acclaimed artists such as Wilhelm Sasnal, Honza Zamojski and Tomasz Kowalski.
The uniqueness of the third development – The Upper House by Angel – is evidenced by the fact that this luxury building was considered the most desirable place to live in Wroclaw shortly after its construction was announced. Residents will have at their disposal a 25-meter swimming pool with a relaxation zone and an impressive amount of greenery, a sauna complex, a spacious fitness center and a residence lounge, where they will be able to have a coffee with invited guests. They will also be able to enjoy a beautiful library and workspace overlooking the green patio. Residents of The Upper House by Angel will also have a gaming room, a kids club, a green roof terrace on the 10th floor overlooking the horizon and a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk. The building’s common spaces will feature sophisticated craftsmanship details and of course art – one of the most important elements distinguishing Angel Poland Group’s investments.
