We are ending the year with numerous awards and titles granted to our brand in prestigious competitions, including Developer of the Year, Best Developer in the Hospitality category, and Leader of Corporate Social Responsibility. Today, we are focusing on The Upper House by Angel, as it is a unique project with high expectations. It is a one-of-a-kind development, marking the perfect culmination of our investment consisting of a complex of buildings on Walońska Street. The Oława suburb is a special place, and we take pride in how much transformation it has undergone in the last several years. It turns out that you don’t have to move out of the city to feel the soothing power of nature. With The Upper House, the client receives what we call a “whole package,” starting from the location and breathtaking views, through luxurious amenities, and ending with portfolio management that guarantees the best-invested capital with a high return on investment. In addition to the comfortable apartments and penthouses, the building features a lobby with 24-hour security, a 25-meter swimming pool with a sauna area, a spa, a fitness center, a residence lounge, a coworking area with its own library, and a children’s playroom. Residents will also be able to enjoy the rooftop garden on the 10th floor. The Upper House is not only a private space of home comfort but also a place conducive to building neighborhood relationships, something we often forget in today’s times. For the design of the common areas, we invited architects from the renowned Spanish architectural firm ADC Atelier, with whom we previously created the unique interiors of the Stradom House Autograph Collection by Marriott hotel in Kraków, which has been ranked as the best luxury city hotel in Poland in international rankings. Our clients are highly aware – they expect the highest comfort, but in a sense that goes beyond the walls of their apartments. They love the vibrant city and at the same time value contact with nature. Can both be combined? The Upper House is the perfect example.

In 2025, we will complete the construction of The Upper House, but I can already reveal that we are not stopping, and the prospect of new projects is at least as attractive as our past realizations.
