Małgorzata is the Sales and Marketing Director of the Kraków branch of APG. She is also a member of the Board of Angel Management, a member of the Board of the Polish Association of Real Estate Development Companies, as well as the founder and president of the Kraków branch of the PZFD. She graduated from the International MBA, St. Gallen Business School Switzerland/UEK Cracow School of Business. She co-founded the postgraduate developer studies conducted by the Cracow Business School of the University of Economics. She is also the initiator of the Kraków Dialogue Forum, which is a platform for the exchange of ideas and experiences of representatives of many communities, to which activists who have an impact on the development of Kraków were invited for the first time.

She has more than 20 years of experience in premium real estate sales and marketing. She is responsible for selling the most expensive apartments in Poland. For her achievements she was previously awarded the title of Top Woman in Real Estate – Residential Sales. Among her greatest achievements on the primary market of premium real estate is the sale of a unique Royal Apartment located in Angel Wawel. It was the highest transaction in Poland in 2022.
