In Wrocław, compared to 2011, the price per square meter at Angel Wings has increased by nearly 230%, and at Angel River by 167%.

In Kraków’s Angel Wawel, home to the famous Royal Apartment, considered the most prestigious address in all of Poland, the price per square meter in Q1 2025 has risen by 200% compared to its original sale on the primary market. In 2015, residents paid 12,000 PLN/m², while today on the secondary market, the price has reached 38,000 PLN/m².

The Group’s latest investments are also showing dynamic growth – for example, Kraków’s Angel Stradom, located next to the 5-star Stradom House Autograph Collection by Marriott, has seen an 81% increase compared to 2021.
