We guarantee our clients a closed structure of investment financing, which means that we finance projects only with equity and bank credit. We do not finance them with funds paid by customers, so investors do not have to worry about non-completion of construction or delay of the investment if there is no inflow of sufficient funds from payments from buyers of apartments.
